About Us
At , we have a real passion for fresh baked treats, especially cakes. We start by using the finest ingredients like Callebaut Belgian chocolate, Nielsen-Massey vanilla, creamery butter and fresh produce. Then we hand-make our cakes…no assembly lines, no extended shelf-life. We do this because you’ve told us you also appreciate the difference.
Our founder, has been baking since childhood. A former “latchkey kid” with a sweet-tooth, he is self taught and created his first cake recipe, “Royal Cakes”. Over the years, He has shared her goodies with family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues in each the various places He has called home: California, New York, Mexico, Paris and currently London, where He and his family have lived for the past 8 years.
As we’ve grown, we’ve continued to attract staff and leaders from around the London and always with interesting backgrounds! The person helping you will always be a cake enthusiast and may also be an artist, stage singer/dancer or corporate escapee...
Working together, we bring you our most-popular American recipes as well as sneaking in a few of your favourite British adaptations and the occasional international flavour. Let us know what you think!
